The School of Advanced Studies (SAS) at Mount Gleason Middle School is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year.

For the SAS, your child/student does NOT need to be identified as Gifted and Talented, but DO need to meet a certain criteria.

Food Services will implement a Point-of-Service (POS) system next week beginning January 19.  Tickets and meal cards will be eliminated.  Students will use a Personal Identification Number (PIN).  They will key their PIN on the KEYPAD at each station.  The cashier will then identify the student based on the PIN and the school photo that appears on the monitor (Continued...)

Tdap Requirement Information
Beginning in the 2011-12 school year, all Mount Gleason 7th and 8th grade students will need proof of a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) booster shot. 
You must present written evidence to the school from your physician or clinic that your child has received the Tdap booster, or by California state law, your child must be excluded from (Continued...)
